Sound - Controls
35 MIDI controllers have been programmed for The Warwick-Bass.
A complete 3-band EQ as well as Reverb, Delay and Chorus can be automated
with standard MIDI controllers.
”Sub-Bass - Control“ (cc#.20)
Adds a low frequency sinus wave to the sound.
”Dead Note - Control” (cc#21)
A clicky dead note Sound can be added to give more attack.
”Squeaks - Control Release Trigger” (cc#22)
The sound of the fingers gliding over the bass strings is
added when releasing the keyboard key with this controller
”Scratch - control” (cc#23)
A hard, scratchy attack can be added with this slider.
It produced by moving a plectrum over the strings.
”Note Off - release trigger” (cc#24)
A realistic Note Off sound can be added when releasing the keyboard key.
Six dynamics are available. Overall volume can be adjusted seamlessly
”Stop Noise - release trigger” (cc#26)
The sound of hitting the strings to stop the note
can be added when releasing the keyboard key
”Flagolet Control - (cc#27)
The flageolet overtones can be added with this controller. It fattens the sound
like the Sub-Bass and creates interesting Effects on staccato notes.
